UK SHIPPING

UK standard shipping: 2-5 days is £3.60 or free if you spend £50+
UK next day shipping: £5 flat rate, orders need to be placed before midday. If placed on Friday they will be delivered on Monday (unless Bank Holiday).
International shipping: Costs are dependent on the value of your order and where you’re at. When you add your items to cart and input your address you’ll get an accurate quote.
We are unable to dispatch orders on Sundays & Bank Holidays.
We dispatch all UK orders via Royal Mail (larger orders could be sent via another courier). We will attempt to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it, unless we are experiencing a higher volume of orders. This can happen at random times of year. Examples being Christmas or when we have promotional offers and sales happening. We aim to dispatch as soon as possible but being an independent record and clothing label allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. We have a very small team. Delivery times will vary on the service but usually it will take 2-5 days from when you place your order. Sometimes deliveries can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, like worldwide pandemics? If this is happening, please be patient and allow 14 working days max for it to arrive. We do not dispatch orders at the weekend. We are either gigging or on the beach!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Express international deliveries will be sent sent via DHL. Standard ones are sent using a medley of other postal services and couriers. Cuttin’ It Fine Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Cuttin’ It Fine. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we won’t take it personally and are happy to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You must return your items via your local postal service. We do not offer free returns. We recommend using a tracked service for security to avoid delay/lost packages.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, fill out the required fields in the ‘exchanges’ section of the returns form. The exchange and return form serve the same purpose. You can download our returns form Here

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging or packaging similar to protect the item.

You must return your items via your local postal service. Unfortunately we cannot offer free exchanges. We recommend using a tracked service for security to avoid delay/lost packages.

When returning items please be sure to include the returns form inside. This way we know your order number and what you would like us to do with it. You can print the returns form above, if you are unable to print then write your order number, refund, exchange clearly on a piece of paper and pop it in the package.

Then what?

If your requested size is in stock, we will re-process your new order and send to your original order address. If the size you request is no longer in stock, we will contact you via email. You can request another item or request a refund.

Shipping

Please remember we are a small independent clothing & record label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
