The Cuttin’ It Fine crew are back with another Funk Butter compilation. Once again, they’ve taken the fat and protein from serious funk and churned it into some creamy dance floor nuggets, that are guaranteed to get a nice-sized Friesen body-popping in the field.

First up, following his successful chart-topping entry in the last compilation, label boss Roast Beatz steps up and delivers another up-tempo club track “Jungle Steppin”. Classic Funk vibes fused with a house music thump making this is a worthy sequel to his last Funk Butter offering.

New recruit time, not to Cuttin’ It Fine but to the Funk Butter compilation. Being a Funk connoisseur Gramophone Soul demanded a slither of the action. He stepped in with “Day by day”. Staying true to elements of the original, then catching you off guard with a delicious bass line to add additional party goodness to the track. His debut FB offering is a certified banger!

Heading down under we have a repeat offender packing a slab of full-fat Aussie funk! Pecoe’s bringing some serious heat (Not too hot mate, it’ll melt) with “Good to Me”. Expect lashings of percussion, seasoned with horns and guitars. Spread this bad boy heavily on the dance floor for exceedingly creamy results.

Last but never least, we jump from Perth to Sydney leaving a trail of slimy funk as we go. Knock knock, it’s Frankee More. Fresh from an all-nighter churning up some serious Disco Margarine. This isn’t Flora, this is some protein-packed head nod business. Frankee’s no stranger to dropping this kind of banger so when his day one’s listen to “For the Music” they won’t be disappointed.
